The
programming department is staffed with highly trained and experienced
personnel using diversified CAD-CAM systems with file format versions to
accommodate the various requirements of our customers.
As a fabricator, our machine shop is equipped with 3 to 5 axis CNC mill
machines, EDM wire along with a number of conventional machines.
Our highly trained model makers and prototype machinists have extensive
experience in manufacturing details and assemblies of various forms of
models and propulsion test hardware. These include but are not limited to
balances, RCS models, inlets, high speed and low speed wind tunnel models,
mock-ups, hot firing engine models.
All instrumentation is performed at (TM) including gauging and
calibrating of strain gauges and other details as required.
